Ed is a seasoned operations expert with diverse executive experience. He has been instrumental in the operations of several start-up companies including SciVocis and Annidis. He’s led biz dev for companies in the retail sector & has built a tremendous network in the space. He holds a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the US Naval Academy and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from NC State University. He’s been instrumental in acquiring COSY’s current & emerging business.

Kevin brings 10+ years experience managing high-tech startups from inception to IPO. He holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania & engineering degrees from Cornell University. As co-founder and CFO for JobsInSite, Kevin took the company public on the OTCBB trading exchange. At Monster.com, Kevin led a tech team through all phases of product development. He’s held other positions including serving as a consultant for IBM and EnerNoc.

Cody has significant expertise in Computer Vision & Robotics with an emphasis on real-time visual processing, projective geometry, object pose-estimation, object reconstruction, & perception of objects with non-Lambertian properties. He’s on the CIS graduate research staff at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an M.S.E from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Most of his publications have involved the fusion of sensor data such as IMU, depth, color and kinematic information.
